Yoga of Sound or the Voice that Heals

Yoga of Sound in short…

A true rite of initiation, the yoga of sound aims to harmonize and energize our global vibratory level, in resonance with our deepest Self, thus working towards our optimal health, creativity and spiritual awakening.

Stresses, shocks or hardships modify the frequency of our vibrations, generating disharmonies in our structures that can result in psychological and physical symptoms, and sometimes even illnesses.

Combined with intention and visualization, the emission of sounds generates harmonics that travel through our entire being. Because of their broad frequency range, these harmonics have the power to act on our nervous and endocrine systems, dissolving blocks, tensions and transcending memories…

Yoga of Sound, continued

A true rite of initiation from various traditions (Taoism, Hinduism, Buddhism, shamanism…), the yoga of sound aims to harmonize and energize the vibratory level of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, enhancing total wellness and creativity, and awakening consciousness.

Supported by the good and faithful services of 14 meridians, the voice is a sound produced by the body; its specific qualities express the reality of our physical, psychic and emotional balance. Sacred or sources sounds exist universally and independently of the specifics of our own voice. The yoga of sound, by encouraging the producing source sounds, activates the deep potential of the multidimensional voice that exists in each and every one of us, while transcending the conscious and unconscious turbulences of our interior state. Within the therapeutic process, these vibrations generated by our voice act as an harmonizing and healing force

Stress, shocks, debilitating symptoms, limiting behaviors, heaviness and hardships modify our vibratory frequencies, slowing down the flow of vital currents, disturbing our identity, generating disharmonies and even psychological and physical pathologies in our structures, going sometimes as far as creating illnesses. A sick organ does not vibrate at its original frequency level, but at a disturbed, even traumatic, frequency.

Sound, combined with intention and visualization, accelerates the creative process in and around ourselves. Because of their broad frequency range, harmonics have the power to act on our nervous and endocrine systems and on the biocommunication of cells in order to dissolve blocks, tensions and transcend aged memories. Thus, the song of the harmonics favorably and concretely optimizes the self-regulating abilities of the organism.

The ‘healing voice’, bythe energy and all the potential it releases, opens a vibratory and subliminal path to the rebirth of oneself, in all our creative centers.
